The following information supplied is the terms and conditions of business with Supplement Clearance World. Please read thoroughly.

As with any contract, purchase or other business transaction, all parties should ensure that they have read and understood the full terms and conditions of the transaction.

Privacy Policy
Supplement Clearance World is committed to protecting your privacy. Supplement Clearance World will only use the information that Supplement Clearance World collects about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). Please read the Supplement Clearance World Privacy Policy if in any doubt.

Online Orders
An order placed online with Supplement Clearance World will be treated as an offer to purchase goods from Supplement Clearance World. A contract shall only be made when Supplement Clearance World have dispatched the goods to you and have confirmed by means of e-mail to the e-mail address supplied to Supplement Clearance World from you. Any automated response acknowledging receipt of your order shall not be deemed as an acceptance of your offer to purchase goods from Supplement Clearance World. Supplement Clearance World reserve the right to refuse or reject any offer to purchase at any given time.

Delivery Terms
Supplement Clearance World will endeavor to have all goods ordered by you delivered to you within 14 working days of receipt of your offer to purchase goods from Supplement Clearance World.

In exceptional circumstances and at very busy periods delivery times could vary up to a maximum of 28 working days of receipt of your offer to purchase goods from Supplement Clearance World. This is a highly unlikely scenario and you shall be kept fully informed if such a situation does happen to arise.

Items will be dispatched using an appropriate method for the items ordered. This method of delivery shall be at the discretion of Supplement Clearance World.

Most of the goods on offer are subject to shipping costs.

In the event that your goods are returned to us as undeliverable for any reason, additional delivery charges may apply to cover the cost of re-delivery. If orders are subsequently cancelled, any refund will have all delivery charges incurred by Supplement Clearance World deducted from any refund amount given.

In the rare event that Supplement Clearance World delivery schedules are affected by either local or national industrial action, Supplement Clearance World cannot accept any liability for delays, losses or other subsequent problems. These will be beyond the control of Supplement Clearance World.

Cooling Down Period
If you have a change of heart please note that all customers within the EU have the right to cancel their orders from Supplement Clearance World for most items within 7 days of receipt of their goods. Goods must be unopened and unused and be returned to Supplement Clearance World in resaleable condition. Customers must take reasonable care of all goods to be returned while in their possession.

Exclusions:
Goods covered by hygiene laws and goods including any software are specifically excluded from your cancellation rights once unsealed. This is in adheration to the Distance Selling Regulations. This does not affect your statutory rights. If in any doubt to which goods fall under this regulation please contact Supplement Clearance World before returning any goods.

All return carriage costs incurred in the returning of unwanted goods are the customers’ responsibility. This being the case, it is strongly recommended that an insured and tracked delivery method be used when returning goods to Supplement Clearance World. Supplement Clearance World cannot be held responsible in any way for any loss or damage to goods, which are being returned to us.

We reserve the right to deduct any postage and packaging costs incurred to Supplement Clearance World during the refund process, unless of course the refund is due to faulty goods supplied by Supplement Clearance World.

Supplement Clearance World will endeavour to process all order cancellation requests within 7 working days of receipt of goods.

Return of Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that goods need to be returned to Supplement Clearance World due to a fault please note the following information:

It is your right as a customer within the EU to return goods with a fault to Supplement Clearance World within 30 days of receipt of the goods.

Please note that if there are any obvious signs of abuse or misuse of any products then Supplement Clearance World reserve the right of refusal to any form of exchange or refund.

Please inform Supplement Clearance World immediately if you receive goods that have been damaged in transit during delivery. This is imperative to avoid any dispute.

Before returning goods please contact Supplement Clearance World with your order details and details of all goods to be returned. Supplement Clearance World will then issue you with a returns number which will avoid any delay in processing your request.

Supplement Clearance World will endeavour to process all exchange or refund requests within 7 working days of receipt of returned goods.

Images
All product images published on the Supplement Clearance World website are only representative of goods on offer. Occasionally, actual goods may not be exactly the same colour, design or packaging. In such circumstances you have the right to cancel your order, return the goods to us within 7 days of receipt of goods (in acceptable condition as per earlier guidelines) and receive a full refund of the purchase price paid.
